Laos is where I started my charity work in 2003. While living in Tokyo, I wanted to see how I can change the world instead of talking about it. I bought a flight to Laos, after researching that it had the lowest literacy rate in Southeast Asia. I rode my motorbike around the country to find one village. I found Ban kiewkacham and ever since, have worked in Luang Prabang Province to build educational and health care infrastructure. With countless donors and supporters to thank, Chi-Ki has kept working in Laos because of people's support.
